Refereeing at Na Fianna.

Without referees it would not be possible for games to take place. At present there is a shortage of referees. The club would like more representatives on the playing field as referees at juvenile level.

There are lots of benefits to refereeing some of which are listed below.

  • Keep Fit
  • Help the club with its obligation to supply referees
  • Enjoyable pastime
  • Satisfaction
  • Maintain involvement in the Games
  • Improve your knowledge of the game
  • Help solve the referee shortage problem.
  • Pocket Money (Yes, referees do get paid - refereeing can be a lot more enjoyable than a part time job!!!!)
